I had a weekend stay in a Prestige room with a balcony overlooking the main swimming pool. The spa facilities were excellent and made for a relaxing experience, even though the outdoor pool was closed for the season. The in-house restaurant was pleasant, but the food seemed less impressive compared to my previous visit. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the service could be inconsistent at times.
